Pycnanthemum tenuifolium, commonly known as Mountain Mint, is a bushy native North American perennial valued for its delicate foliage and incredible pollinator value. From mid to late summer, its wiry stems are topped with dense, flat clusters of tiny, white flowers lightly flecked with subtle purple specks. The needle-like leaves release a crisp, refreshing mint fragrance when crushed.
