Orange Glow™ Knock Out®
The Orange Glow™ Knock Out® is a luminous addition to the world-famous Knock Out® family, delivering unparalleled “flower power” with a bold, tropical flair. It produces abundant clusters of fiery orange blooms suffused with coral, yellow, and pink undertones that appear to “glow” against its lush, dark green foliage. This variety maintains the legendary reliability of its lineage, offering self-cleaning flowers and industry-leading resistance to rust, black spot, and mildew. A vigorous and upright grower, it provides non-stop color from spring until the first hard frost with almost no effort required from the gardener.
Grow Guide
- Light: Plant in Full Sun (at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight) to ensure the most vibrant orange color and continuous reblooming.
- Hardiness: Remarkably tough and versatile, it is suitable for Zones 4–11, thriving in both extreme northern winters and humid southern summers.
- Spacing & Size: This rose has a bushy, upright habit, reaching approximately 4½’ tall and 3′ wide. Space plants 3′ apart to create a seamless flowering hedge or vibrant mass planting.
- Watering: Water regularly until fully established. Once mature, it is quite drought tolerant, but prefers deep watering at the base during dry spells. Avoid overhead watering to keep the foliage pristine.
- Best Use: Its compact and maintenance-free nature makes it ideal for low hedges, mixed borders, and foundation plantings. It is also a fantastic choice for large patio containers and adding high-impact color to pollinator gardens.
