Parfuma® Earth Angel™
The Parfuma® Earth Angel™ Rose is a modern masterpiece from the renowned German breeder Kordes. This exceptional floribunda is beloved for its romantic, old-fashioned appearance, featuring densely petaled, peony-shaped blooms. The flowers are a delicate cream on the outside with a glowing warm pink center. Part of the Parfuma® collection, it is most famous for its intoxicating and complex fragrance—a sophisticated blend of lemon, champagne, elderflower, and ripe raspberries, finishing with a classic rose sweetness.
Grow Guide
- Light: Thrives in Full Sun (6+ hours of direct sunlight) to maintain its bushy habit and maximize the repeat-blooming cycles from early summer through fall.
- Hardiness: Very versatile and hardy, performing well in Zones 5–10. It is highly regarded for its “ADR” status, a German award given to roses with exceptional natural disease resistance and vigor.
- Spacing & Size: Typically grows into a well-formed, upright shrub reaching 4–5′ tall and 3–4′ wide. Space plants about 3–4′ apart to allow for its bushy growth while maintaining airflow.
- Watering: Requires regular watering until fully established. Once mature, maintain medium moisture by watering deeply at the base, especially during dry spells, to support its lush, glossy green foliage.
- Best Use: Its upright habit and stunning, fragrant blooms make it a top choice for cutting gardens and floral arrangements. It also works beautifully in mass plantings, low hedges, or as a focal point near patios and entryways where its scent can be easily enjoyed.
