Sparrieshoop
The Sparrieshoop Rose is a charming and resilient modern shrub rose. Named after the German village where the Kordes nursery is located, it is celebrated for its simple yet elegant semi-double blooms. The flowers are a delicate pink with a glowing center of buttery-yellow stamens. Sparrieshoop provides a constant display of soft color and a light, sweet fragrance from early summer until the first frost.

- Light: Full Sun
- Hardiness: USDA Zones 5a–9b
- Spacing & Size: 4–8 feet tall and 3–5 feet wide
- Watering: Requires moderate watering. Deep soakings once or twice a week at the base are preferred.
- Best Use: Because of its height and vigorous growth, it is ideal for informal hedging, privacy screens, or the back of a mixed border. Its simple, open flowers are also highly attractive to pollinators like bees and butterflies.
