Sweet Drift®
The Sweet Drift® is the epitome of charm in the Drift® series, known for its prolific clusters of clear pink, double blooms that resemble miniature versions of classic florist roses. Grow Guide
- Light: Plant in Full Sun (at least 6+ hours of direct sunlight) to maintain its dense, mounding habit and ensure the most abundant reblooming cycles.
- Hardiness: Highly durable and winter-hardy, suitable for Zones 4–11, allowing it to thrive in a vast range of North American climates.
- Spacing & Size: This compact shrub typically reaches 1.5′ tall and 2.5′ wide. Space plants 2–3′ apart (center-to-center) to create a seamless, low-maintenance flowering border or groundcover.
- Watering: Water regularly until fully established. Once mature, it has average water needs but prefers deep watering at the base during dry spells. Avoid overhead watering to keep the foliage pristine.
- Best Use: Its neat, rounded habit makes it perfect for edging walkways, small garden beds, and foundation plantings. It is also a favorite for containers and window boxes, where its abundant pink blooms can “spill” over the edges.
